TE traffic will work for you when used for the right purpose guys. You want free traffic, well this is just another alternative. With any traffic source, it always good to do a bit of tracking to see which works best

I'm going to stick out my neck and say yes.
The amount of time it takes to make full use of a TE (or multiple TE's) can produce better results if spent on forums like IBO, MMG, etc and seeking out other forums and blogs in your niche to post and comment. If you are a Twitter or FB freak, then I'd say rather spend the same effort there- you will get better results.

I have used easyhits4u for some time. I both am earning from this website without  an active referral and I also received sales and signups from the traffic from the website. As such I would say not all traffic exchange are a waste of time.

Can you recommend any other sites that are similar to easyhits4u? I'll gladly use your affiliation links for the help. Thanks.

It depends what you are doing with them. Consider that traffic exchanges are typically frequented by those who already have a business and are looking for ways to promote it. So instead of using traffic exchanges to promote your business opportunity use them to promote something other marketers need (marketing systems, traffic generation systems and reports, lead systems, etc.). One of the best things to promote at traffic exchanges is other traffic exchanges, which makes sense when you think about it.

And by the way, don't bother putting a company provided replicated website on a traffic exchange. I mean, if your site is the same as the one everyone else is seeing at that traffic exchange why would anyone click on yours over someone elses. You MUST stand out so make your own unique splash or capture pages and rotate or replace them regularly. Give people a reason to click on your page... otherwise you will be wasting your time.

You're right on the money with that comment. Replicated sites on a TE is for the most part a waste of time. You only have 5-10 seconds to capture and hold their interest before the timer runs out and they move on to the next page. They're NOT going to go through an entire replicated website. Those don't produce good results on most exchanges.

Personally I think they are a waste of time also - unless you have a lot of time.  For me, my time is valuable and traffic exchanges are not something I want to spend time with.

Well if you are new to internet marketing and you do not wish to learn new skills or have a budget to work with then most defiantly I would say yes. Traffic exchanges are so easy to use even 4th grader could do it and you do not need to have any money as you can always surf for free to earn credits.

The problem is it takes so long to get any referrals or opt-ins that most people start to lose interest and give up. Another issue is large majority of users on these exchanges are from third world countries which means they probably can not afford to join a promotion as easily as those in such countries as the United States or Canada.

Despite all the negative there are people out there building lists, getting referrals and making money using manual traffic exchanges but believe me there are many more effective methods to put in place.

I think they area waste of time also...everyone clicks to earn credits to promote their own products which only results in hits which is not the same as traffic. It only gives you bad bounce rates on your websites/lead pages because they only stay the obligated seconds on your website to earn those credits and not really interested in what you have to offer.

Absolutely not. They will get you exactly what you need, but what many people don't realize about exchanges is that there's a strategy to making them work for you that goes beyond just linking your page. In fact, I recently published a two part Press Release on IBO covering banner exchanges and how to get the most out of them. It'll be worth it to take a look.

They are not as long as you don't waste a bunch of time on them. I use one in paticular and have built a downline of 112 people as an affiliate, but it was not overnight.

Many of the people that are finding programs are usually looking for free programs
