What are your thoughts about "multi-tasking" when you work from home? Does this bring productivity or not?

Multi-Tasking is fine if you finish all you start it is a major time saver, but you have to be a person who is well organized and pays equal attention to detail of all task. What does you no good as a home business owner is trying to promote more than one opportunity at the same time. If you must promote multiple offers you need a website, system, and e-mail list to show how they fit together and allow you to draw all visitors to a single location and have them follow the bread crumbs of opportunity.

I too agree with Andy. Multitasking is a must as it is lifesaver as you always have several thing you will want to accomplish within 24hrs and doing them one at time simply won't cut it. You would never achieve several goals you would want accomplish and  multitasking is not only applied to internet marketing but basically your every day affairs.  As it applies to marketing you may may have several business to get started which have several requirements to get them up and going such branding, providing traffic, tracking the traffic  you are receiving against product performance and this may be happening across several projects online you may happen to get involved. As such to accomplish all this in over a given period, multitasking is a must.

I agree with YumaBlogger it is a time saver but you have to pay attention to the details of what you are doing. That means being hyper-organized.

Personally, I never liked life in the fast lane. No matter how many tasks I tried to complete at once, I was never able to gain any free time of my own. I chose minimalism to give myself an out.
