Simply strip the code as follows - you only need 2 links, using the following example, I have put the links you need in red:

<a href="http://www.ibotoolbox.com/invited.aspx?jid=78236" target="_new"><img src="http://www.ibotoolbox.com/imagevault/banner-ani-468x60-1.gif" title="JOIN IBOTOOLBOX!" border="0" /></a>

http://www.ibotoolbox.com/invited.aspx?jid=78236  Target Website or Website Link

http://www.ibotoolbox.com/imagevault/banner-ani-468x60-1.gif  Graphic URL or  Image URL

Thank you, Kris!
The easiest way to know which is the graphic URL is that you will see the image type (i.e. jpg, png, gif, etc...) at the end of the URL and then of course the other link will be the link the banner directs to.

Another little tip is the URL will always be in between quotation marks "link". Make sure to copy the full link, without the quotation marks.
