Hey Jcasia!  'Yes', I have used Safelist to generate both leads & sign-ups.

I know you've probably heard that Safelist are useless, but that's only coming

from those who didn't use it right, or don't have the right mind-set.

In my experience, most people cling to 'Traffic Exchanges', or what I call

"Surf Exchanges".  In my opinion, that is mostly a waste of time.

However, Solo Ads, Banner & text ads, are of great value.

The secret is: You've got to go for volume (meaning 1500 solo ad clicks per week),

or don't do anything at all.

I use Safelists and TEs every day. They are my primary means of advertising my businesses. "Clicking for credits" may seem like a completely useless activity, but it's one of the most important activity of your business life. It should become a daily habit. It is a fundamental activity of internet marketing life--especially for the new or beginning internet marketer. These services are one important reason why the "good" mentors will tell you that you do NOT have to spend a penny to start an internet marketing career. But, there is another important reason I believe both Safelists and Traffic Exchanges are value added components of my business.

Using them, I am also branding myself. Getting my name in front of thousands of potential customers, clients and students is an important first step to the "Like, Know, and Trust" triad of IM success.

I highly recommend them to anyone anticipating an internet marketing career.
Well said Bud.
