I normally email my list 1-3 times a day. I would spread out the emails throughout the day.I suggest to email your list at least 1 time per day!

I hope this helps out!

Thanks for the feedback Rickey! Knowing how your list responds is key. I know I unsubscribe if I am getting 3 emails a day from anybody.
I would unsubscribe also if I was getting that many.

I have been only emailing my list when I have something to tell them.  I know I should do it a lot more and send my blog posts and other things.  I have always heard at least once a day or if you are going to do it say three times a week you have to be consistent with it no matter what you are going to do.

You know you should do it more? How do you know that Chris? I think you are spot on with consistency being the key no matter how often that is and always offering value!
Thanks, Todd, and yes consistency in all aspects of your business are key.

I normally send one email /week as sending more emails can lead to higher unsubscribe rate. You can use email service provider and create a schedule to send emails.

Email your list as often as you have valuable content, information and resources to share with them.

Make your mailings relevant to the solutions you offered and promised them!
