Did you mean influence on you?  If so I would say Tony Robbins has a great influence on me.  He is an inspiration.

Yes! Thanks Chris!
Can you elaborate? What way has he inspired you?
Have you seen I Am Not Your Guru? The energy and heart that man puts into his belief systems is just overwhelming at times.  I also watched him at GoPro last year and I just feel he is amazing and really gives value to the lives of people.

I can't put my finger on any one person. I've been influenced by my parents, teachers, several good friends, and one really bad one that was the personification of how not to lead.

Back in 2009, at a Toastmasters District Conference, I heard a speaker named Sarano Kelley. He spoke for 90 minutes with the fire of a T.D. Jakes, and asked one important question that has stuck with me till this day... What Time Is It?

He had written a book about changing your life in 90 days and he kept asking this one question... over and over. His point was that we can only make a difference in our We can't do it yesterday and we can't do it tomorrow.

For me it is a gentle man named Dale Calvert. Back in 1995/1996 I was requesting a lot of material from the business opportunity magazines of the day. One day I got a post card in the mail in it had a picture of a guy with a literal hole in his head. The headline said, the secret to success in network marketing or something to that affect. Long story short, I send for more info, got introduced to an MLM company called New Image International.

They had 1 product, a weight loss product. Dale Calvert was the lead distributor and company trainer.

Dale had a tremendous impact on my entrepreneur journey.

He still is teaching and is still very passionate about helping people succeed.

One of the ironies about being a leader is that you sometimes wield a lot by people. Even a job as lofty (when done right) as president of the United States is seen as powerful, but really isn't in the eyes of some peoples. Interestingly, both Nixon and Reagan had an indisputable source of attitudes which related to ''Elitism Has No Place in Entrepreneurship.''
