Do you know your WHY?

When you know what your why is, the how will come much easier. Ask yourself why you do things.

Why did you join IBOToolbox?

Why did you start a home business?

Why do you continue to work a job?

These are a few examples that I can relate to.

I joined IBOToolbox to expand my network of people online and at the same time learn and share ideas with other members.

I started a home business so I can take control of my life. A home business provides an extra income and there is no cap on how much I can make.

I am self employed so I create my own work. I am my own boss, however the home owners are in control because I perform the work for them.

In closing, do what you love, and love what you do.

I look forward to a prosperous New Year and share ideas and learn and earn.

Thanks so much for all your support and happy holidays.

Dave,

Many people have learned that they don't know their TRUE "why" until after they get started in a business. You know how you get excited because someone in Brand New Mercedes that the company bought them parks near you. That was me.

Then once I joined my why got bigger. It was no longer just about what could I get. My "why" grew to include what I could do for my kids and grandchildren. How I could help those on my team walk away from their jobs and live their dreams.

A friend in the business talks about his Father who passed in 2007, but his Father's estate still gets a monthly check from the business, that goes to the family each month. My WHY includes leaving a benefit like that long after I have moved on.
