How much sleep do get each day?

I am usually up at 6:00 AM (PST) and go to bed at 11:00 PM and then read till midnight.  So that is 6 hours. I have read between 6-8 is healthy.  Since I work from home if I happen to get up at 7:00 AM I do not feel at all guilty as I am my own boss :)

Yes, I actually can not sleep much longer than that or I feel more tired and I wake up naturally at that point and can not go back to sleep.
This is one area when I am coaching, people struggle with the most. Many are not getting nearly enough sleep! 6-8 is a great range!

I average about 6 hours, but sometimes that is broke up due to having contacts worldwide. Since I work for myself, I will take a nap when needed.

I also have people worldwide but we can usually connect at times convenient for both of us.

I agree I would never say I was above taking a power nap if needed.  When I was a child and was put in Nursery School I was the only kid that did not have to take a nap because I could not go to sleep so I kept everyone else up too lol

I have to get at least 8 hours to be motivated and working most of the day, or part during the day and part at night. I could stand 6-7 for a couple days, then I'd have to get back to my 8 or my mind gets "fuzzy" later in the evening.

6 hours feel like enough for me

Some people claim to feel rested on just a few hours of sleep a night, but their performance is likely affected. Research shows that people who sleep so little over many nights don't perform as well on complex mental tasks as do people who get closer to seven hours of sleep a night.

I hardly get 5hrs good sleep as I am either studying or online promoting Todd.

Sleep amount depends entirely upon Daily Activity Levels or planned levels. I have no preset minimum/maximum amount for sleep.

When I was a truck driver under the old logbook rules, I slept or napped as I needed which often interrupted my Circadian Rhythm. The new rules are like punching a clock as sleep patterns usually develop.

I seem to get 6-8 hours yet counting the wake up periods, probably sleep 5-7 hours. These (and other) factors play in too: Neighbors, Noises, Timely Shutting Off Electronics before sleeping, Worry, Stress, Body Pains, Pets.....
