How much sleep do get each day?

I am usually up at 6:00 AM (PST) and go to bed at 11:00 PM and then read till midnight.  So that is 6 hours. I have read between 6-8 is healthy.  Since I work from home if I happen to get up at 7:00 AM I do not feel at all guilty as I am my own boss :)

Yes, I actually can not sleep much longer than that or I feel more tired and I wake up naturally at that point and can not go back to sleep.
This is one area when I am coaching, people struggle with the most. Many are not getting nearly enough sleep! 6-8 is a great range!

I average about 6 hours, but sometimes that is broke up due to having contacts worldwide. Since I work for myself, I will take a nap when needed.

I also have people worldwide but we can usually connect at times convenient for both of us.

I agree I would never say I was above taking a power nap if needed.  When I was a child and was put in Nursery School I was the only kid that did not have to take a nap because I could not go to sleep so I kept everyone else up too lol
