Paypal has suddenly limited, closed, or restricted the accounts of major traffic exchange, mailer, and advertising space owners.  While not entirely unexpected in some ways, this comprehensive effort by Paypal to vacate the traffic industry space is certain to throw both major and minor program owners “for a loop”, as they say.

Hi!

 I don't know if it will kill it. I think there will be an adaptation of the market. I would say there is certainly going to be  a BIG shake up!

Have you guys figured out what have suddenly caused Paypal to view these programmes as a risk programme that have caused them to suddenly move away from them?
