Does It Really Matter How We Approach Others Online ?

5 like 0 dislike

You decided for some reason or another that internet marketing is the career for you. You want to work from home and make lots of money. So much money that you never need to take a 9-5 JOB again.

Is money all that a marketer should think of, earning money at any cost?

As an internet marketer you do want to make money online and offline as well if possible. Almost every day on the internet, we come across new people as well as connections we have already made online.

When it comes to our opportunity, services or products, does it really matter how we approach and treat others online if gaining a sale is the bottom line?

It matters a great deal how you treat people. Especially if you ask a question and get a brush off like go read this link instead of answering the question.

That being said if you want to be a good marketer you have to give value. Ask questions and find out exactly what it is that person needs. If you can help then help. If you can not I am sure you know someone who can.

It may be a big world out there but the marketing community is small your reputation and giving value not money should be your driving force.

Making Money at all costs - No.  If you have any marketing skills at all you will know that how you treat others converts into sales faster than how you market.  Marketing without Customer skills will never make money.

Food for thought.

Hi Anne and this is a great question. Making a one time sale cannot be the goal as such, while this should not be the primary reason to be civil to one another it is very important to provide good customer service and purchasing experience to your customer in terms of being responsive to their queries before and after sales.

Building relationships is vital to the success of any business in the long wrong. If you are not positively engaging with people online or off, your business will certainly be a 'short run" Great question, as many do not even think about it!
