Are you an early bird or a night owl?

I'm an earlybird. My day starts anywhere between 6 and 7 am. If I'm lucky I may sleep in occasionally till 8 am. The older I get the earlier I get up and start my day. I used to be a night owl but that got old. Now I enjoy starting my day early and going to bed early.

I roll out of bed around 7 am and usually go to bed around midnight!

When I was doing monitor duty, 5am U.K time so I could setup my computer ready for my duty at 6am

But since I gave up monitor duty ( temporary ) I have been getting up at 8.30 to 9am
