Just what is the ultimate way to alleviate my stress and anxiety?

Then you jumped into an entirely different conversation about rental cars. Anyway, I am going to answer your original question that pertains to anxiety and stress.

There are several ways in which you can alleviate stress and anxiety. The thing is though making the decision on which option is the best choice for you.

The first option is to talk to your primary care doctor and discuss your symptoms with him or her. Then see what medicine that they can prescribe to you. The second choice is going to get yourself a good massage.

Find a massage parlor within your area. Go in and talk to either the receptionist or the owner of the parlor. To discover what the best massage would be for you to be able to alleviate your anxiety and stress.

The last thing that I would suggest for you to do is. Searching for someone in your area that does. Acupuncture and pay the place a visit and just try it out. Having said that I hope that this answers your original question.

If you look and pay close attention - " Stressed " is " Desserts " spelled backwards. 

Stress affiliates any one - a student , a employee, housewife or rather any person who does not know how to handle every day situation.

Stress is what we feel when we’re overworked,

Here are really some steps to de-stress:

Practice Breathing Techniques Regularly.

Meditate For A Period Of Time In The Morning And Evening.

Listening to the right music is super important when you're trying to reduce stress in your life and find your inner balance.

Exercise, Even If It's Just For A Minute Or Two Each Day.

Hi, I want to add to I Yengar's reply (good answer by the way): 

 .  .   . There is a simple Yoga exercise that I use to reduce stress, especially before going to bed, called: "Left Nostril Breathing".  It's very simple, you pinch your right nostril closed with a finger, then simply breath deeply through your left nostril. A minimum of 3 minutes, but try to do it a little longer (like 7 minutes).  It's very simple but effective. Give it a try.

Yoga and meditation are excellent! They both are about focused breathing. Going with in for the answers is the direction I would recommend!
