What minerals do you take on a daily basis and why?

Minerals are so important to the body. They help with every function the body performs. Do you take any and if so why those specifically? 

I have found that certain minerals have helped me cut my ibuprofen intake massively. But especially a water additive that increases hydration. Makes senses right?

I used to get headaches daily and probably took 3-9 Ibuprofen every day. Do you get headaches? If you want to know what helped ask me :)
