What do those people who are diabetic do for their sugar problems?

Sugar-D™ Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum) are high in soluble fibre, which helps lower blood sugar by slowing down digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. This suggests they may be effective in treating people with diabetes

My life partner is "type 2" diabetic. He uses sweeteners instead of sugar as he likes sweet things a lot.

We buy low GI bread and try to stick to fruit and vegetables that are classified as :"low GI". He also takes his medication that the doctor has prescribed which consists of tablets at this stage - he is trying hard to not have the diabetes get to the stage where he will have to go the insulin injection route.

You also get a number of natural products that assist in the control of diabetes.

Being a diabetic is not a death sentence - there are lots of  sugar free products that you can buy albeit a lot more expensive than the rest.

I have been diagnosed diabetic (type 2) for 20 years and contriolled it with pills, diet and exercise with no problems. The important thing to watch is your HA1C to keep it where your doctor tells you.
