Business leaders who attain a certain mindset are the ones who ultimately succeed, so what are those aspects needed to cultivate success?  Is it learning from your mistakes?  Anticipating failure so you can leverage it to learn from those failures and move forward?  Is it all about perspective?  I would love to hear what others think about this topic.

THE NUMBER ONE TRAIT an entrepreneur must have for success in business

is desire. Desire is the starting point for success. Desire is mental; once you

prosper mentally, it's only a matter of time before you prosper in your business.

Gratitude and mindset are the foundations of anything done in life.  Vision of what that life looks like and the passion to drive it forward.

Being Positive, Thinking Positive , visualizing the big future and training the mind to learn new things, learning from failures, leaving behind the past, leading by example are some of the traits one must cultivate.. One must come out of comfort zone.
